Why me?
I have plenty of experience in independent traveling and customized travel planning for group tours. I’m both an international tour guide and a solo female traveler, so I’m aware of the expectations of different types of travelers.
I look for authentic local tours that give you a good understanding of the place. Even if you travel independently, a guided tour for a couple of hours or a day can add so much to your tour experience. Many of them are not listed on the well-known tour guide and local tour platforms, especially in countries that are not typical tourist destinations.

I only offer customized travel planning services in the countries where I extensively traveled and have good knowledge. Plus, I have reliable local contacts to make the best itinerary for you and be up-to-date about recent changes.
Also, because there is a lack of information about these destinations, or they are misleading. But this should not be the reason to keep you from off-the-beaten-track places. While a customized travel planning service may be useful in more popular holiday destinations, I support you in planning your trip where you really need it. Because I know exactly how much research I had to do before going there.

3. Fully Customized day-to-day travel itinerary planning service via email if you already have a rough travel plan
You already know where you want to go and maybe even about the things you would like to include. I help you finalize and make an ideal travel plan for you.
Step 1: Zoom call – 1 hour
First, we should make an audio or video call to discuss your budget, the length of the trip, and the type of tour and accommodation, according to your preferences.
Step 2: Day-by-day travel itinerary based on our call
Based on that, I set up a customized day-by-day travel itinerary and find a suitable local guide and/or driver. The itinerary will include transport, accommodation and local tours, but not international flights. I will send links to specific hotels, local culture tours, and contacts to local guides and transport. I also add things that I find useful for your trip planning.
Step 3: Follow up questions via email or video call
While finalizing your travel plan, new questions may arise, and I will answer your additional questions.

Organizing tailor-made guided group tours

Suppose you are a travel agency or organization. In that case, you get visual material (Facebook and Instagram post design, edited copyright images) and a list of practical information (weather, electricity, internet access, safety, currency, and other essential things to know about the destination.
Upon request for an extra fee, I write SEO-optimized blog posts for your website and social media profile related to the trip and destination.
Upon request, I offer my tour guiding services (international tour guide experience 12 years+). Hiring a good tour guide is the key to your trip’s success.
How long before the trip should you contact me for personalized travel planning service?
Please contact me at least
– 8 weeks before your planned date of travel to have time to make necessary travel arrangements (book accommodation, tour guide, local transport, and other travel services) in case of day-by-day travel planning.
– 3 weeks before if you need a zoom call or a follow-up on the existing itinerary.
Payment and terms
Payment will be required before receiving the detailed day-by-day itinerary. Payments can be made via direct bank deposit or PayPal.
